A US national, Matt first came to China as a teacher. In 2014, he got his start in China's beer industry, working in various regions of China on his path to his current position as Brew Master for Goose Island in Shanghai. Matt's tales and insights are sure to entertain, and the Goose is pulling out all of the stops with a five course lunch to help the lads soak up those suds.
